recettes gourmet?<\/p><p>Aujourd\u2019hui on d\u00e9couvre le <strong>bollito misto<\/strong>: une \u00abcomfort food\u00bb, ou plut\u00f4t une nourriture du c\u0153ur, un de ces plats dans lesquels se r\u00e9fugier pour trouver du r\u00e9confort, un plat maison qui nous ram\u00e8ne \u00e0 l\u2019enfance, nous rappelle notre grand-m\u00e8re et qui provoque du <strong>bien-\u00eatre<\/strong>. La <strong>viande vald\u00f4taine<\/strong> s\u2019accommode parfaitement \u00e0 cette cuisson lente qui la rend encore plus <strong>savoureuse<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Il est r\u00e9put\u00e9, parce qu\u2019une vieille tradition de Confr\u00e9rie a mis en avant le bollito misto alla piemontese, avec sa r\u00e8gle de 7 (7 morceaux de viande, 7 pi\u00e8ces et 7 sauces),\u00a0 mais il existe aussi des versions diff\u00e9rentes dans tout le nord de l\u2019Italie; l\u2019important est le choix de la viande, qu\u2019elle soit de <strong>qualit\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-352fa9f8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"352fa9f8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-74f39351 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"74f39351\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Pour chaque kilo de viande, il faut compter environ 3 litres d\u2019eau, 15 grammes de gros sel, un oignon, des carottes, de la moutarde, des poireaux et aussi, selon les go\u00fbts de chacun, du romarin et de la sauge.<\/p><ul><li>Bavette<\/li><li>Muscle<\/li><li>T\u00eate et viande sous sel<\/li><li>Carotte<\/li><li>Poireau<\/li><li>C\u00e9leri<\/li><li>Oignon<\/li><\/ul><p>Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition un bouillon de l\u00e9gumes sal\u00e9 et ajouter le muscle et la bavette; faire cuire la t\u00eate \u00e0 part, toujours dans du bouillon v\u00e9g\u00e9tal; faire cuire le bouillon sal\u00e9 dans de l\u2019eau non sal\u00e9e.
