d\u00e9tachent sur un ciel limpide, la Valpelline se transforme en un havre de silence. \u00c0 Bionaz, Daniele Pieiller, responsable de l\u2019Espace Alpe Rebelle et fondateur de l\u2019association NaturaValp, reconnue par les Nations Unies comme un exemple de tourisme responsable dans les Alpes, accueille celles et ceux qui recherchent en montagne quelque chose de plus qu\u2019un simple s\u00e9jour.<\/p><p>\u00ab<em>Nous n\u2019avons pas un paradis pour les bouquetins comme \u00e0 Cogne, mais un petit paradis pour les hommes, un coin recul\u00e9 o\u00f9 l\u2019on peut encore vivre quelques jours de vraie tranquillit\u00e9<\/em>\u00bb, raconte Pieiller, reprenant les mots par lesquels l\u2019abb\u00e9 Henry d\u00e9crivait d\u00e9j\u00e0 sa vall\u00e9e il y a un si\u00e8cle. Une conception de l\u2019accueil qui refuse la pr\u00e9cipitation: \u00ab<em>On nous a appris \u00e0 travailler t\u00eate baiss\u00e9e, mais moi, j\u2019ai choisi de m\u2019arr\u00eater pour expliquer, pour raconter pourquoi on se sent bien ici<\/em>.\u00bb<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3793b6dd elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3793b6dd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Marcher, respirer, ralentir<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1a5069c3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1a5069c3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En hiver, la Valpelline offre de nombreuses fa\u00e7ons de retrouver ce rythme. \u00ab<em>Les randonn\u00e9es dans la neige et les sorties en raquettes restent la mani\u00e8re la plus simple de vivre notre vall\u00e9e : il suffit d\u2019avoir de bonnes jambes et l\u2019envie de go\u00fbter au silence. Les for\u00eats et les alpages composent alors un paysage qui semble suspendu dans le temps<\/em>\u00bb, explique Pieiller.<\/p><p>Pour celles et ceux qui recherchent davantage d\u2019effort et d\u2019altitude, il y a le ski de randonn\u00e9e : peaux de phoque, lumi\u00e8re cristalline et panoramas qui, depuis les cols, s\u2019ouvrent jusqu\u2019aux sommets de la fronti\u00e8re suisse.<\/p><p>Mais c\u2019est une autre exp\u00e9rience qui impressionne particuli\u00e8rement ses h\u00f4tes: la randonn\u00e9e avec des crampons le long des torrents gel\u00e9s. \u00ab<em>C\u2019est un environnement extraordinaire, presque surr\u00e9aliste: l\u2019eau qui semble suspendue dans sa course, les cascades transform\u00e9es en colonnes de cristal. Il n\u2019est pas n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019\u00eatre alpiniste, il suffit d\u2019avoir envie de regarder la montagne autrement<\/em>\u00bb, raconte-t-il.<\/p><p>Et puis, bien s\u00fbr, il y a la d\u00e9tente: des journ\u00e9es rythm\u00e9es par le feu de chemin\u00e9e, la cuisine de montagne et le plaisir de ne rien faire qui, en Valpelline, devient une v\u00e9ritable richesse.<\/p><p>\u00ab<em>Le vrai luxe, aujourd\u2019hui, c\u2019est le temps que l\u2019on s\u2019accorde \u00e0 soi-m\u00eame.
